The Off Season

TM Fieldhouse is rolling out its Summer Strength and Conditioning Camp (The Offseason) to help build your youth athletes engine for the upcoming sports season! During this camp your athlete will build upon their speed/agility, strength, and power, under the supervision of our in-house personal trainer. Choose the week that works best for your family’s summer plans or choose all 3. Lunch will be provided. Registrations are LIMITED so act fast. Link for registration and camp dates below!

Camp Dates Include:

  • 6/9-6/11: 10am-12pm
  • 6/16-6/18: 10am-12pm
  • 6/23-6/25: 10am-12pm
